This is workshop to examine 5 key components to an idea. The template can be applied repeatedly. It reveals the revenue potential, the ideal client and the sales process. Steve will also add in a special module on business planning- a task and time management tool he finds helpful for planning his daily priorities.

You will learn how to assess an idea and what more you need to know about your idea before investing too much money and time.
