Brooke will explain how to perfect your elevator pitch when explaining the genius of your business concept, as well as translate networking into partnerships and sales. You'll forever stop the endless coffee meetings and learn how to get right to the heart of the ask, make valuable connections and how to followup on all of those business cards.

Brooke is a Rock Hill native with an impressive resume!

She is CEO of the Alsace Group, the company behind the Ready, Aim, Launch program focused on supporting entrepreneurs with knowledge, resources, and coaching to help founders achieve their goals to thrive as an entrepreneur and build successful and fulfilling companies and lives.  Brooke and her husband have been entrepreneurs for years starting their business ownership journey by opening a food truck and from there, venturing into eCommerce.  They are now focused on supporting other aspiring founders with building their business blueprints, structuring their businesses properly, and accessing capital.  They are also active real estate and angel investors.

Brooke has also had a successful corporate career in tech and is currently a Director at Salesforce Ventures, leveraging her go-to-market expertise to help accelerate the growth of their portfolio companies and leading their strategy for investing in founders of color and women. Brooke has been with Salesforce for over 4 years having previously held enterprise sales and leadership roles within Salesforce’s core business unit and at MuleSoft.

Prior to joining Salesforce, Brooke was a Practice Group Leader at Intapp, where she led the go-to-market strategy for the Revenue Practice line of business and executed new market and new product launches, as well as the successful M&A integration of 2 acquired companies.  Brooke has also held roles as a Strategic Advisor for an AI tech start-up, Ping, and with BMW Financial Services in Munich, Germany. She holds an Executive MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler business school with a focus on entrepreneurship and strategy and a Bachelor's in Communications and German from Winthrop University.  

Brooke is deeply involved in diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts and was a member of a Diversity Task Force reporting directly into Salesforce’s C-Suite.  Brooke also leads Salesforce’s podcast Financial Freedom Fridays empowering colleagues with information to build generational wealth, is an Advisor for the Justice Tech organization, and is a coach for UNC's Executive MBA entrepreneurship program.
